Do Memberships Automatically Renew?

Yes—your membership will automatically renew if you're enrolled in a Full Academy Access, Essentials, or Team Membership plan.

If you're enrolled in a Single Certificate program, your membership will not renew automatically. You’ll have access for 12 months, and when that period ends, you can choose to upgrade your membership to maintain access.

When Will My Membership Renew?

When you sign up for a Full Academy Access or Team Membership, you commit to an initial 12-month term. After that, your plan will renew automatically based on your selected billing cycle—monthly, quarterly, or annually.

How Do I Turn Off Auto-Renewal?

You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal directly from your billing profile at any time.
