Our refund policy is in place if the experience is not aligned with your expectations, although we would like to ensure that AIHR will meet and exceed your needs before enrollment.
At AIHR, we are committed to equipping you with the latest HR training and tools to develop practical, in-demand skills crucial for your HR career success. Either that or we offer a full refund within 60 days of enrolling in our Full Access and Single Programs or 30 days for an HR Essentials membership.
In the case that you receive a full refund for your license, any certificates claimed under the refunded license will no longer be validated by AIHR.
Deleting your student profile will not cancel your installment plan or subscription payments.
