How do I cancel my membership?
We're here to make sure you have complete control over your membership. This article explains how cancellation works, and outlines the exact steps to cancel your subscription.
Membership commitment
When you sign up for a Full Access Membership, you agree to an initial 12-month commitment. After that, your plan automatically renews based on your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Canceling after 12 months
After the first 12 months, you can cancel at any time through your billing account, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Canceling within the first 12 Months
If you're within 60 days:
- Eligible for a full refund under our 60-Day Guarantee
After 60 days:
- No refund will be issued, but upcoming payments will stop and you'll retain access for the current billing period.
- Any future payments will be stopped.
- If your membership ends within the first 12 months, no certificates will be validated.
How to cancel
- Go to your account page here
- Enter your billing email address
- Use the emailed access code to log in
- Go to Subscriptions and click Cancel

Deleting your student profile does not cancel your membership or payments.
What to expect after canceling
Once you cancel, you’ll retain access to your membership until the end of your current paid period. You won’t be charged again unless you decide to rejoin. If you change your mind, you're always welcome back.
