Can I pause my membership or get an extension?

We understand that unexpected circumstances can affect your learning journey. While we do not offer the option to pause memberships or grant free extensions, we’re here to help you make the most of your access.

Here’s how your membership works and what options are available:

If you have an active subscription:

• Your subscription will auto-renew based on your chosen plan, and you’ll maintain uninterrupted access.
• If now isn’t the right time for you to continue, you can cancel your subscription renewal. When you're ready to return, simply reactivate your subscription.

If you have a single-certificate license:

• Your access is valid for 12 months from your enrollment date and will expire after that time.
• If you’d like continued access after expiration, you can upgrade to Full Access at any time.

While we don’t offer pauses or free extensions, you always have flexible options to manage your membership in a way that fits your needs.
