Can I pause/extend my membership?

Some circumstances may arise throughout your membership, leading to the need for additional time or flexibility.

Although we do not offer free extensions, we would like to help you make the most out of your learning.

Here are some ways you can temporarily pause or extend your membership:

• If you have an active subscription, your subscription will be ongoing, and you will have continued access with no expiration as your membership will auto-renew based on your chosen plan. You can cancel your subscription if now is not your best learning time, and you will be able to reactivate your subscription when the right time comes.
• If you have a single-certificate license, your access will expire 12 months after your enrollment date. You can upgrade your license to Full Access after expiration to keep your access active past this date.
