Managing your membership's renewal and expiration

As an AIHR member, we want you to have clear information about your membership and how you can manage it. This article outlines details about your membership renewals, expirations, and how you can access your membership information.

If you have the Full Academy or Essentials membership:

You maintain continuous access to the academy and the programs you enrol in because your membership automatically renews based on the plan you chose.

• Turning off auto-renewal: If you turn off auto-renewal, you will lose access to the academy and your enrolled programs once your current membership term expires.
• Cancelling auto-payments (After your initial 12 months): After the initial 12-month period of your subscription, you can cancel your auto-payments at any time through your billing profile. You will continue to have access through the last paid term of your membership.
• Important note: Deleting your student profile will not cancel your payments. You must manage your subscription through your billing profile.

If you have the Single program membership:

Your single program membership does not auto-renew. Instead, it expires 12 months after the date you purchased it.

How to check your membership status

To view your renewal or expiration date:

1. Log in to your AIHR learning platform
2. Click 'Account' (bottom left corner)
3. Go to ‘My Membership’
4. From here, you can view your membership details and access your billing account to manage payments or view your billing history
