What is the expiration date of my license/membership?

If you have an active subscription (annual, quarterly, or monthly), your membership will always auto-renew based on your chosen plan to keep your continued access.

If you turn off the auto-renewal, once the membership expires, you will lose access to the academy and the programs you are enrolled in.

After the initial 12-month period, you will be able to cancel your auto-payments at any time through your billing profile with no penalties, and you will have continued access through the last paid term of your membership. 

Deleting your student profile will not cancel your payments.

For members without a subscription, you can find out your current expiry date by contacting support directly, whether you made a one-time payment or have single-program access.
