Managing your membership: renewal, expiration, and access
As an AIHR member, we want you to have clear information about your membership and how you can manage it. This article outlines details about your membership renewals, expirations, and how you can access your membership information.
If you have the Full Academy or Essentials membership:
You maintain continuous access to the academy and the programs you enrol in because your membership automatically renews based on the plan you chose.
- Turning off auto-renewal: If you turn off auto-renewal, you will lose access to the academy and your enrolled programs once your current membership term expires.
- Cancelling auto-payments (After your initial 12 months): After the initial 12-month period of your subscription, you can cancel your auto-payments at any time through your billing profile. You will continue to have access through the last paid term of your membership.
- Important note: Deleting your student profile will not cancel your payments. You must manage your subscription through your billing profile.
If you have the Single program membership:
Your single program membership does not auto-renew. Instead, it expires 12 months after the date you purchased it.
How you can check your membership's expiration or renewal date:
You can easily see your membership's expiration or renewal date directly from your AIHR learning platform account details.
- Click on 'Account' at the bottom left corner of the learning platform.
- Navigate to your "My Membership" page.
From this page, you can view your membership details and also access your billing account to manage your membership, update your payment details, or view your billing history.
Important note regarding your billing and learning accounts:
Please note that your billing and AIHR learning accounts are separate. This means:
- If your billing account uses a different email address than your learning account (for example, if someone else bought the membership for you), you might not see all the membership details on your "My Membership" page.
- In such cases, you must access the billing account with the correct email address used for the purchase to check this information and manage your membership.
- Because your billing account is separate, your sign-in details might differ from your learning account. If you cannot sign in to your billing profile, you might have a different password than the one for your learning account. You can contact our support team; we will gladly help you reset your billing account password.
Not able to access your billing account?
If you're unable to see your membership details and access your billing account, please contact our Support Team directly. We will be happy to assist you!
