How to manage your membership and access your billing account
Your AIHR billing account allows you to manage your membership, update payment details, view your billing history, and access important information.
Understanding your billing account:
Your billing account is separate from your main AIHR learning account profile.
- Billing profiles are automatically created for Full Access and Essentials members on active renewal plans.
- If you paid for your membership by invoice, you do not have a separate online billing account to manage. Please get in touch with our Support Team directly for any billing inquiries related to invoice payments.
- If you have made a one-time purchase for a Single Program, a billing account is not created for you, and your membership will automatically expire after 12 months.
Accessing your billing account from the learning platform:
The easiest way to access your billing account is directly from your AIHR learning platform:
- Log in to your AIHR learning platform.
- Click on 'Account' in the platform's bottom left corner.
- Navigate to your "My Membership" page. Here, you can see information about your current plan.
- You can access your billing account from this page.
Signing in to your billing account:
To log in to your billing profile, you must use the same billing information you used during your initial registration for the membership.
- When you sign in, a one-time password will be sent to your email. Use that password to complete the sign-in process.
- If someone registered on your behalf, the account will be under their information. To access, you’ll need to use their billing email address.
- Your billing account is separate from your learning account, so your sign-in details may be different. If you see an 'Invalid username' error when trying to sign in, it means you're using the wrong email address for your billing account. Try using a different email, or contact our support team, we're happy to help you forward.
