How to access your billing account
Your AIHR billing account allows you to manage your membership, update payment details, and view your billing history. It’s separate from your AIHR learning account, meaning the email might differ.
When you have a billing account
You have an AIHR billing account if:
- You’re a Full Access or Essentials member.
You don’t have a billing account if:
- You paid by invoice, in this case please contact Support for billing help.
- You purchased a Single Program, your membership will expire after 12 months with no renewal.
How to access your billing account
- Log in to your AIHR learning platform
- Click ‘Account’ in the bottom left corner, and go to the ‘My Membership’ page.
- From there, click through to your billing account; alternatively, you can access it by clicking here.
- Enter the billing email from your initial registration.
- A one-time access code will be sent to that email, which you'll need to sign in.
If you see an "invalid username" error, you're likely using the wrong email.
