How can I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password and you need to reset it, you can do so by:
- Enter the email address that you use to log in here
- Click the orange button: 'CONTINUE'
Once your email has been validated, you will be taken to the next screen where you can select 'Forgot Password'
An email will then be sent directly to your email to help you reset your password.
A few things to note:
- If you have used a Social Sign In option, such as Google, LinkedIn, or Apple, you will need to use that method to sign in and cannot reset your password through this link.
- If you are using a corporate email address and have not received the password reset email, it is possible that your organization's firewall is blocking this.
