Reactivate your membership

If you previously had an ongoing subscription but it was canceled for some reason, and you want to regain access to the Academy, you can reactivate your subscription by following these steps:

  1. To access your billing account and subscription, click here.
  2. Click "Resubscribe" to reactivate your plan and your account.
  3. Once resubscribed, you will receive an invitation to recreate your account on the learning portal and access your course once more.

As long as you recreate your account with the same login method as you did previously, all progress will also be restored.
