Reactivate your membership

If your Academy subscription was canceled, whether by accident or due to a payment issue, you can easily get back on track. Follow the steps below to regain full access to your courses and continue your learning journey right where you left off.

Steps to reactivate your subscription

  1. Access your billing account

    Click here to open your billing portal and view your subscription details.

  2. Click "Resubscribe"

    Select the Resubscribe option to restart your plan and reactivate your membership.

  3. Recreate your learning portal account

    Once your subscription is active again, you’ll receive an invitation to recreate your account on the learning portal.

  4. Use your original login method

    Be sure to sign in using the same login method (email, Google, etc.) you used before. This ensures that your course progress is fully restored.
