Failed membership payments

If your membership payment fails, you can easily update your payment information by logging into your Billing Account.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Billing Account
  2. Go to the Orders tab
  3. Find the outstanding order – look for the one with status marked as 'Failed'
  4. Click the yellow 'Pay Now' button next to that order to update your payment and complete the purchase

What happens if a payment fails?

  • You’ll receive reminder emails over 30 days if the issue isn’t resolved.
  • If the payment remains unresolved after 30 days, your account will be automatically closed, and you will lose access to the platform and your progress.

Good news: Even if your account is closed, you can always reactivate it later by resolving the payment issue. Once reactivated, you'll be able to continue with your learning from where you've left off.


While failed payments can temporarily interrupt your access, we’ve built in reminders and reactivation options to make sure you don’t lose your progress for good. Just keep an eye on your inbox, and rest assured that your learning path is always ready when you are.
