Lesson videos are hosted and streamed through our video provider Vimeo. Other video content that is hosted on the platform would be through YouTube.
A few important things to note:
- As this video content is streamed, it is possible that using a company provided device can block this service based on your firewall. We recommend checking with your organization to see how to best access this service on your company device, or using a personal device instead.
- If you are located in a country where Vimeo is blocked due to governing policy, we highly recommend a solution that fits within the guidelines of your local law to access this service.
If neither of these influences are the case, and you are having trouble viewing the video material, we recommend trying a few solutions that Vimeo has presented.
Many factors can influence video playback, including some that pertain to your computer or device. If you’re not getting the best viewing experience on Vimeo, you might want to try these simple fixes.
