Allowlisting AIHR’s features
To ensure your organization can fully access AIHR's platform and all of its features, your IT team may need to allowlist certain domains and subdomains on your company's firewall.
AIHR relies on a number of domains and subdomains to deliver its services. If these are blocked by your organization's security policies, users may experience issues accessing the platform or using certain functionality.
If you experience access issues, or if your organization requires allowlisting as part of its network security policies, please share this article with your IT department.

Other features:
If you're using Roleplays Voice Mode, your organization's network will also need to allow WebRTC (the technology that enables real-time voice conversations in your browser). Even if all of the domains above have been allowlisted, Voice Mode may still not work if your firewall or proxy blocks WebRTC traffic.
