AIHR Recognitions and Accreditations
AIHR is recognized and accredited by HR organizations worldwide. This means that eligible AIHR Certificate Programs and other learning activities can count toward the professional development or recertification credits you need to maintain your HR credentials.
AIHR works with leading HR and learning bodies across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. In this article, you'll learn what you can earn from each:
Global Accreditations
AIHR is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
If you hold a SHRM certification, you can earn PDCs by completing eligible AIHR learning activities.
AIHR is an approved provider with HRCI. If you hold an HRCI certification, you can earn recertification credits by completing eligible AIHR Certificate Programs.
You can earn IHRIM Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) by completing eligible AIHR programs.
Eligible AIHR learning can earn ATD Continuing Education Units (CEUs) toward maintaining your APTD or CPTD credential.
Regional Accreditations
Canada
- HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association): AIHR is a pre-approved provider. You can earn CPD hours toward maintaining your CHRP, CHRL, or CHRE designation.
- CPHR (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources): You can earn CPD hours through eligible AIHR learning across all nine CPHR provinces.
- Linx HR Canada (formerly IPMA Canada): You can earn 5 recertification points for each completed AIHR Certificate Program.
Singapore
- IHRP (Institute for Human Resource Professionals): You can earn CPD hours through eligible AIHR programs. To claim your hours, you'll need to submit the required documentation to IHRP.
United Kingdom
- CPD Certification Service (CPD UK): AIHR is a CPD UK-approved provider. Eligible AIHR learning can be used toward Continuing Professional Development requirements.
South Africa
- SABPP and IPM: Eligible AIHR learning can earn CPD credits toward your professional development requirements.
