Team Analytics Dashboard

As a License Holder or Manager on a Team License, you have access to an additional reporting tool: Team Analytics Dashboard.

This tool provides a high-level overview of your team’s learning activity, engagement, and skill development. It helps you measure the impact of learning, identify skill gaps, and make data-driven decisions to support your team’s growth.

You’ll gain insights into:

How your team engages with the platform over time, including activity levels and learning hours
Course performance, including popularity, completion rates, and learner progress
Engagement beyond courses, such as resources, events, and community activity
Skill and competency development through T-shaped assessment results
Individual learner activity and progress

The different tabs:

Member Activity

This tab shows how your team is engaging with the platform. You can track active members, total and average learning hours, and platform activity over time.

It also includes a detailed table with each member’s activity, such as last active date, learning hours, and platform interactions.

Course Insights

This tab helps you understand how your team is engaging with courses. You can see metrics such as course popularity, completion rates, learning hours, and learner progress.

You can also drill down into individual courses or learners to see more detailed progress data.

Activity Insights

This tab shows how your team engages with content beyond courses. This includes resource downloads, event sign-ups, community activity, and other platform interactions.

It helps you understand what content your team finds most valuable.

T-shaped HR Assessment

This tab provides insights into your team’s competency development based on the T-shaped assessment. You can view aggregated scores, benchmarks, and individual results per competency.

If no assessments have been completed yet, this section will appear empty. Data will be displayed once members have taken the assessment.

This tab only displays results from the new T-shaped assessment released in March 2026. Results from the previous version of the assessment are not included.

Skills Insights

This tab provides an overview of the skills your team has learned, based on the learning hours spent on content related to those skills. It helps you understand which areas your team is focusing on and identify opportunities for further development. Skills are grouped into broader skill categories, making it easy to explore learning trends.

The Skills Insights tab is made up of three sections:

Overview of Categories of Skills: Shows how your team's learning is distributed across different skill categories.
Top 10 Learned Skills: Highlights the skills your team has spent the most time learning and compares them with the AIHR Benchmark.
View All Learned Skills: Displays all learned skills, grouped by skill category, together with the AIHR Benchmark for each skill.

You can use the Date Range and Filter by Groups filters to focus on specific time periods or subsets of your team. Any filters you apply will also be reflected when exporting the data to CSV.

Please note that this tab reflects learning activity, not current skill proficiency. To view proficiency levels, refer to the T-shaped HR Assessment tab.

Legacy Dashboard

This tab provides access to the previous version of the dashboard. It is temporarily available to support the transition to the new Team Analytics experience and will be removed in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I find this dashboard?

To access the dashboard, go to 'Team Analytics' found on the left side of the page.

Can I customize the data in this dashboard?

The dashboard is standardized, but you can use the date filter to focus on the data that matters most. You can also search for specific members within the tables to view their individual activity and progress.

All tabs (Member Activity, Course Insights, and Activity Insights) are filtered based on the last activity date.

If you have suggestions on how to improve the dashboard, feel free to share your feedback with us.

Currently, only License Holders and Managers can access the dashboard. However, you can download data from each tab and share it as a CSV or Excel file.

How can I download the report?

You can download data from each tab by clicking the Export to CSV button.

Once clicked, your browser will prompt you to save the file (for example, to your Downloads folder). The exported file will reflect any filters applied, such as date range or selected members.

How should I interpret the data on the dashboard?

Each section of the dashboard includes a tooltip icon that gives you more information about the data displayed.

What does the AIHR Benchmark represent?

The AIHR Benchmark shows the average percentage of learning hours spent on each skill across AIHR members. It provides a point of comparison to help you understand how your team's learning focus compares with the overall learning trends.

I can’t open the Team Analytics page. What should I do?

Team Analytics gives you a complete view of how your team is learning and developing. By regularly reviewing the different tabs, you can spot trends, identify skill gaps, and take action to support your team’s growth.
