What roles and permissions are available for teams?
There are three roles available for teams, each with different levels of access and features.
These roles are:
- License Holders
- Managers
- Members
1. License Holders
As a License Holder, you are the sole account owner of a team license, and you can:
- Manage billing and payments
- Purchase more seats
- Invite and remove members
- Set managers
- View your team’s progress and advanced reporting
- Choose if you want to be a member or give your seat to another member, while still managing the account
Once a license holder is assigned, their information cannot be updated. However, this is a feature that we are currently working on changing and will be released soon.
2. Managers
You can have several managers set for your team license. As a manager, you have similar access to that of license holders, but with some limitations and differences. As a manager, you can:
- Invite and remove members
- Set other managers
- View your team’s progress and advanced reporting
As a Manager, you will take up a seat on the license.
3. Members
As a member, you are given access to the following features:
- Your own account and personal dashboard
- Courses and program(s) included in your team license
- The Community
- Resource library
- Live events
- Soft Skills hub
- AIHR Copilot
Some features may be restricted depending on your specific organization needs
