Lessons are locked
All lessons within the Academy are locked sequentially, and once you have completed a lesson, you will be able to move forward.
Once you have unlocked lessons, they will remain unlocked from there on out. This way, you will always be able to go back and review any lesson you would like.
If the next lesson is locked, you will be able to access it quickly with these steps:
- Navigate to the last lesson that you can access.
- Scroll to the bottom of the lesson and click 'Next Lesson'.
This most commonly occurs when you are coming back to studying after leaving the platform.
Updates to your current courses may re-lock your progress. New course content will lock your current progress until you have visited the new course material.
If you have already completed the programs to 100% Progress, this will also reset your progress to account for the new program material.
Once you have visited each new lesson, your progress will automatically open up to where it was before.
