How can I manage my membership and payments?

Information about your billing profile, managing payments, and more!

We are currently rolling out large changes to account management and visibility to your membership details so that you can easily access information in your account. 

 

Billing has not yet been migrated into the new platform, so as a result, your billing profile is separate from your main profile. 

 

Billing Profiles are only created for those who have active membership plans and are separate from Academy Profiles.

In this profile, you will be able to update your payment method, download receipts, and manage your future payments.

To log in, you will need to use the same billing information that you used during your registration. If someone else has registered for you, this login will be reserved for them.
