Why are my lessons locked?

All our lessons unlock in order; complete one to move on to the next. This structure is intentional: our courses are designed sequentially so that each lesson builds on the last. Following the set order helps avoid confusion and keeps the learning pace appropriate.

Once you unlock a lesson, it stays unlocked. You’ll always be able to go back and review any content you’ve completed.

How to unlock the next lesson

1. Go to the last lesson you were able to access.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the orange button where it says 'Next Lesson'.

Why your progress may be locked again

Sometimes we update courses to include new content. When that happens, your progress may temporarily reset. To unlock your previous progress, simply view the new lessons. Alternatively, you can also contact our Support Team, who will be happy to re-unlock these lessons for you.

Even if you previously completed a course 100%, new lessons will lock your progress until you explore the latest material. Once you’ve done that, your full progress will automatically resume.
