How can I claim and share my certificate(s)?
When you complete an AIHR Certificate Program or Mini-Course, you’ll receive a digital certificate to recognize your achievement. Each certificate includes a unique Credential ID and secure Credential URL that can be used to verify your certificate.
How do I earn my certificate?
Certificate Programs
Once you’ve completed all coursework in your Certificate Program, you can access the Capstone.
The Capstone consists of two parts:
- Capstone assignment (optional): Apply what you’ve learned to a realistic HR scenario. The assignment is self-reviewed and isn't graded, but it can help you prepare for the exam.
- Capstone exam (required): Complete the multiple-choice exam and achieve a score of 70% or higher to earn your certificate.
Mini-Courses
Complete all modules, quizzes, and assignments in your Mini-Course to receive a certificate of completion. Mini-Courses don't require a final exam.
Where can I find my certificate?
Once you’ve claimed your certificate:
- Email: Your certificate will be sent to the email address linked to your AIHR learning account. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive it.
- My Home: Your certificate will also appear on your My Home page, where you can access and download it. Please allow up to 24 hours for this section to update.
