How does billing work?
Full Academy Access is a 12-month membership. You can choose to pay annually or in monthly installments.
- Annual payment: Includes a 60-day money-back guarantee.
- Monthly payments: Your first payment includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. This does not apply to subsequent monthly payments.

Single Certificate Program
A Single Certificate Program is a good fit if you want to develop deeper expertise in one specific area of HR.

- Access to the AIHR community
- Access through the AIHR mobile app
- An AIHR digital certificate once you successfully complete the program requirements
- Eligible recertification and professional development credits with recognized HR organizations
A Single Certificate Program does not give you access to the wider AIHR course library or features available through Full Academy Access, such as the HR Resource Library, live webinars, AIHR Copilot, and the Soft Skills Hub.

Team License
A Team License is designed for organizations that want to develop multiple HR professionals' skills.
Each team member receives access to AIHR learning, while team leaders get additional tools to manage learning and track their team's progress.
Depending on your Team License, this can include:

- Team reporting and analytics to track learning progress and engagement
- Additional support and services based on your organization's needs

Which AIHR membership is right for me?
