How can I enroll?

Getting started with AIHR is easy! You can enroll online by choosing the membership or learning program that best matches your goals.

Step 1: Choose your membership

AIHR offers three different learning options:

• Full Academy Access: Get access to all Certificate Programs, Courses, Mini-Courses, and additional learning tools and resources. You can sign up and start learning at any time.
• Single Certificate Program: Focus on one specific HR domain with a structured, self-paced program. Enrollment opens during scheduled enrollment periods, so you may need to wait until your chosen program is available.
• Team License: Give multiple team members access to AIHR learning, with additional tools to manage and track your team's progress.

Step 2: Find the right program for you

Not sure which program or learning path best matches your goals? We have several tools to help you decide:

• T-Shaped HR Assessment: Identify your current HR competencies and areas where you can further develop your skills.
• Personalized Learning Journey: Explore learning recommendations based on your professional development goals.
• Certificate Program Overview: Browse our available Certificate Programs and check upcoming enrollment dates.

If you're interested in a Single Certificate Program that isn't currently open for enrollment, you can request a reminder on the program page or choose Full Academy Access to start learning immediately.

Step 3: Complete your enrollment

Once you've selected your membership or program, follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase. You'll be asked to provide your personal and billing details and select a payment method.

Step 4: Access your learning

After completing your enrollment, you'll receive instructions on how to access your AIHR learning account.

For individual memberships, this involves activating your account through an email sent to your registered email address. If you're joining AIHR through your organization, your account setup and login instructions may differ depending on your Team License and whether your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO).

Once your account is ready, you can log in to the AIHR learning platform and start exploring the content available through your membership.
