Invite team members
As a License Holder or Manager, you're in charge of building your team. Inviting the right people ensures everyone has access to the tools they need. This guide walks you through the simple steps to add team members and manage your license effectively.
Here's how:
- Navigate to the portal's ‘Account & My Team’ section. Click on 'My Team' in the top center of the page.
- Select ‘Invite Team Members.'
- Enter the new member’s full name and email address.
- To invite multiple members at once, simply copy and paste their email addresses into the field "Invite multiple members in one go".
- To send the invitations, click on the yellow ‘Invite’ button.
Once the invitations have been sent to your team members, they will receive an email that includes a link to join your team license.
To complete the registration, the new members will need to:
- Click on the link in the invitation email to activate their account
- Use the same email address where the invitation was sent to create a new account or sign in to an existing account
Once they have activated their account, their last login date will be visible on the ‘My Team’ page.
Resending an invite
If your team member hasn’t received their invite or didn’t activate their account on time, you can resend it.
Here's how:
- If 'Invite pending' appears next to the member's name underneath 'Last Login,' it means that they haven't activated their account yet.
- Click the blue "Resend invite" button.
- After the initial resend, a 2-minute timer will appear to prevent multiple invitations from being sent. Once the timer expires, you can resend the invite again if needed.
Someone I'm trying to invite is already on a license?
Members can only be part of one license at a time. If the person you're trying to invite is already on a personal license, they must be removed from it before they can be added to your team license.
How to move someone from a personal license to a team license:
Ask the user to contact support
The person you're inviting must contact our Support Team and request to be removed from their individual license. This step must be completed before they can be added to your team license.
Invite the member to your Team License
Once the user has been removed from their personal license, you can invite them to join your team license.
As long as the user continues to use the same email address, their data and progress will remain intact when switching licenses.
