FAQ
Can I learn without an internet connection?
If you're planning to watch lessons on the mobile app, make sure you have an active internet connection to stream videos and progress with the lessons. Videos can't be downloaded to your device to watch offline.
You can, however, download some of the resources from the Resource Library to your device and access them separately. Make sure your device supports the file format of the resource you download, as resources may be provided in formats such as PDF, Excel, or other file types.
Should I use the app or the desktop learning platform?
The mobile app is a convenient way to continue learning on the go, including watching lessons and progressing through your learning content.
For activities that require more interaction or a larger screen, we recommend using the AIHR learning platform on a desktop or laptop. This is particularly recommended when completing capstone exams and projects.
Your learning progress is saved to your AIHR account, so you can easily switch between the mobile app and desktop and continue where you left off.
How do I update the AIHR mobile app?
Keeping your app up to date ensures you're using the latest available version.
- Apple devices: Visit the AIHR app in the App Store and select Update if an update is available.
- Android devices: If you have the previous version of the AIHR app installed, delete it from your device first. Then install the current version from the Google Play Store.
You can then sign in again with your AIHR account and continue learning.
Whether you're learning from your desk or on the go, you can choose the option that works best for you and pick up your learning whenever it fits your schedule.
