How to set a learning journey in My Dashboard?

To set your learning journey on "My Dashboard" and stay motivated, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Set Learning Journey."

  2. Choose between manual creation or getting a recommendation.

  3. For manual creation, customize your journey by selecting programs and setting deadlines.

  4. Save your selections to track progress and receive study frequency suggestions.

  5. To set it by getting a recommendation, complete the Career Map and T-Shaped HR Assessment for tailored suggestions.

Remember, you can always update or change your journey by clicking the edit icon in the top right corner.
