Why does my certificate not show up in My Dashboard?

When you access 'My Dashboard' in the Academy, you should be able to view your total study hours and your claimed certificate(s).

When you pass a capstone project and claim your certificate, it takes up to 24 hours for the new certificate to appear in your dashboard's list.

A certificate requested on a different email will never appear in the list.

In case you claimed the certificate using a different email than your login account, please reach out to the team; they will be happy to verify the details and resubmit your certificate.
