Leaving a Certificate Program

At AIHR, we understand that priorities and interests evolve over time. That's why we've made it easy for you to manage your participation in certificate programs on our platform. Whether a program is no longer relevant or simply not aligned with your goals, you can seamlessly leave a program with just a few clicks.

How to Leave a Certificate Program:

Leaving a certificate program is a breeze. You can follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the program you wish to leave on the left menu under "Courses".
2. Look for the ellipsis (three dots) icon next to the program.
3. Click on the ellipsis to reveal more options.
4. Select "More" from the dropdown menu.
5. Under "More," you'll find the option "Leave Space."
6. Click on "Leave Space" to confirm your decision to leave the program.

Please be aware that upon leaving a program, your progress will be reset to zero, on all progress reports and dashboard. Your progress will be restored as soon as you rejoin the program.
