How do I change my profile picture?

Your profile picture helps personalize your learning experience and makes it easier for others to recognize you within the Academy environment. Whether you're updating your image or adding one for the first time, it only takes a few steps.

Follow these steps to update your profile picture:

1. Open the learning portal

Navigate to the left sidebar and click on ‘Account & My Team.’

2. Click your current profile picture or initials

On the left side of the screen, next to your name, click your existing profile picture, or, if you haven’t uploaded one yet, click the circle with your initials.

3. Upload a new picture

A new window will pop up. Use this to select a picture from your device that you’d like to use as your profile image.

4. Wait for the upload to complete

After selecting your picture, wait for the upload to finish. You’ll see a loading animation, followed by a confirmation message once it’s complete.

5. View your new profile picture

Your updated profile picture will now appear next to your name in the Academy.
