My company purchased a license for me but I don't have an active license

There are always 2 roles in every membership

  1. Billing person: the person who purchases the license
  2. Member: the person who will be learning

When the same person takes over both roles using the same email, then it should work smoothly, as there are no different emails in the registration process.

When the billing person and the member are different, the billing person should put the member's information during the purchase process.

If this differentiation isn't done, the member will receive the following message when trying to log in with their email: "You need an active license to access this feature." - This means that the member's email does not exist in our system and is not recognized as having an active license.
