Based on 648 responses to our 2020 Annual Student Survey, the “average AIHR student” works in HR Transformation and Organizational Development, as a Manager at a company with between 500 and 5000 employees.

There are no prerequisites for enrolling into a particular program, as we do train from a foundational level, however, it would greatly benefit you to have a good understanding of the general HR function. 

Whether you are a fresher in the industry, or have a long history of experience, you can always learn the skills you need to advance your career and remain relevant in the ever-changing digital HR landscape.
