Remove team members

You can remove members to free up space on your license. When someone is removed from a license, they are no longer a member. However, their account can always be reactivated in the future.

Here’s how you can remove a member:

  1. Navigate to ‘Account & My Team’ in the learning portal. Which can be found at the bottom left corner of the page.
  2. Click on the trashcan icon next to the member that you want to remove

  1. A pop up window will appear, asking you to confirm if you want to remove the user.
  2. Once you have chosen ‘Remove Member’, you will see a confirmation of their removal.

If needed, you can always invite them back later.

Removing a member will also remove their progress report.
