Remove team members
You can remove members to free up space on your license. When someone is removed from a license, they are no longer a member. However, their account can always be reactivated in the future.
Here’s how you can remove a member:
- Navigate to ‘Account & My Team’ in the learning portal. Which can be found at the bottom left corner of the page.
- Click on the trashcan icon next to the member that you want to remove
- A pop up window will appear, asking you to confirm if you want to remove the user.
- Once you have chosen ‘Remove Member’, you will see a confirmation of their removal.
If needed, you can always invite them back later.
Removing a member will also remove their progress report.
