Sunsetting of the Soft Skills Hub – FAQ
The Soft Skills Hub will officially sunset on December 15, 2026. On this date, the hub will be removed from the Academy menu, and its content will no longer be accessible.
Why is the Soft Skills Hub sunsetting?
We are updating our learning library to focus on delivering high-impact, integrated learning experiences. Content mapping confirmed that the soft skills topics featured in the hub are already thoroughly covered across AIHR’s core Certificate Programs, courses, and mini-courses.
Retiring the standalone hub allows us to focus on enhancing our core curriculum while ensuring you still have access to soft skills development within your primary learning paths.
Key Timeline
- November 16, 2026: Soft skills courses can no longer be newly assigned. Existing assignments remain active until December 15.
- December 15, 2026: The Soft Skills Hub will be removed from the Academy menu, all hub content will be set to private, and existing assignments will end.
FAQ
Will my completed learning hours or achievements be affected?
No. Your completed learning hours, earned achievements, and platform activity history will remain completely intact and unaffected.
How can I continue learning soft skills on AIHR?
Essential soft skills; including communication, leadership, adaptability, and stakeholder management, remain an integral part of AIHR's core learning experience. You will continue to find these capabilities embedded directly across our standard Certificate Programs, courses, and mini-courses.
What happens to saved courses in my account?
After December 15, 2026, Soft Skills Hub courses will automatically be removed from My Home and Favorites. Content from the hub will also no longer appear in Global Search or AIHR Copilot.
Can I still complete a soft skills course I am currently taking?
Yes. You can continue taking and completing any Soft Skills Hub courses until December 15, 2026. After that date, they will no longer be accessible.
