  • Sharper relevance: Updated content that’s concise, practical, and based on the latest HR practices, case studies, and real-world examples.
  • Greater career impact: These new programs will help you connect learning directly to your role, enabling stronger decision-making, business partnering, and data-driven HR strategies.

FAQ

Do I get access to the new versions?

If you currently have access to the previous HRBP 2.0 or HRMR programs, you will automatically gain access to the new versions on November 21, 2025.

This applies to members with:

  • Full Academy Access
  • Single Certificate Program Access for HRBP or HRMR

How long can I access the previous versions?

You can continue to access and complete the previous versions until February 28, 2026. After that date, they will no longer be available.

Will my progress transfer?

Overall program progress will not transfer.

If you switch to a new program, your progress toward completion and accreditation hours will start over. However, any individual courses or lessons that are reused in the new programs will remain marked as complete.

Will the new programs be accredited?

Yes. Both new programs will continue to be eligible for accreditation.

These updates are designed to provide a more engaging and relevant learning experience while maintaining the same high standards of accreditation. You’ll gain access to the improved versions automatically, and you’ll still have several months to finish the previous ones before they retire.
