Our Support Team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time (CET) Monday through Friday. If you contact us outside of these hours, feel free to leave a message or send us an email—we’ll respond as soon as we’re back online during the next business day.

The easiest way to get in touch is through the purple help beacon located on the left-hand side of your screen. Here's how:

  2. In the pop-up window, select "Ask" at the top.
  3. Fill in your details and your question so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
