How do I activate my membership?

Congratulations! You have purchased your membership and are ready to start learning!

One of the first steps of accessing the academy platform and the programs is activating your account after the purchase.

An account activation email will be sent to the learner with a unique activation link that you can follow. This link will take you through the onboarding process to set you up for academy success. Be aware that sometimes this email can fall into the Spam folder, so make sure to check there.

If you haven't received this email, don't worry; you can always contact support, and we will ensure you successfully onboard and access the platform.
