There are two types of programs you can find at AIHR:

Certificate Programs

  • Certificate Programs are comprehensive programs that provide a start to finish training on their subject. Each of these programs ranges from 35-50 Hrs to complete and is completely self-paced. 
  • Upon completion, you will have the skills to become a 'Specialist' in a specific area of HR.
  • In order to complete the program and receive your certificate, you will need to complete all assignments and pass each program's respective Capstone Project. 

Mini-Courses

  • On average Mini-Courses take approximately 1-5 Hrs to complete, and are entirely self-paced.
  • You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course for completing all modules, quizzes, and assignments.
  • Mini-Courses are available within our Full Access Membership and are not available for individual purchase.
